Xbox One achievements are not unlocking or very delayed

I was playing COD Ghosts and i shot the 4 eggs for the achievement "Egg-tra XP" and i got the xp and it said i shot all 4 but i never got the achievement. i went back and tried to do it again and i dont get a notification showing i shot them anymore.
and last night i was playing deadrising 3 and i guess i completed 10 pp challenges and about 1 hour after i stopped playing dr3 i was on the youtube app and it unlocked that achievements, how do i get the achievement to unlock on cod ghosts

Xbox One achievement error. Code 0x87c40011

I get this error when I try to view my achievements on this website or my Xbox One. Achievements are also not unlocking as they should in Halo: MCC. I haven't had any problems until today. None of the above "solutions" have worked. Very frustrating.

If you did play the game offline the achievements will not unlock until you get online and sync the game progress with the cloud .

Does this happen with all games or just the two you mentioned?

 

@ bad instincts. it was a multiplayer achievement so i was online

and i got it now, i didnt know i had to go to extinction and destroy a hive and the dead rising achievement was just super delayed when it unlocked, but i got it now so i am happy
