Xbox One Achievement related issues

Discus and support Xbox One Achievement related issues in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I unlocked (2) achievements on 3/28/2016 on Fallout 4. They are "Powering up" and "Nucular Family."     Xbox One Achievement related issues


    I unlocked (2) achievements on 3/28/2016 on Fallout 4. They are "Powering up" and "Nucular Family." The problem I'm having with these (2) achievements is that they're showing as if its still trying to unlock. Both achievements has a message saying "done...
    unlocking..." There is also a 100% to both achievements. It just seems like its stuck trying to unlocked them. So I contacted Xbox support on 3/31/2016 and I followed several steps: deleted my account-restart the console- redownload account. It didn't work.
    I performed a power cycle, I also attempted to replay the game section where the achievements would normally unlock several times but it didn't work. I also learned that there was a March update and it had achievement related updates so I figured I would wait
    2-3 days and let the Xbox one fully sync. But today it remains the same. I even attempted a factory reset but nothing. Its been 5-6 days already past the 72 hr needed for a console and live sync. I need assistance with this random issue. I provided images
    so that you get better idea about what talking about.

    Achievements not unlocking, even after 48 hours wait

    Having the same Issue with all the story related achievements on Saint's Row 4 Re-Elected (Xbox One Edition). You can unlock any not story related achievements without problems.

    Every week, a new issue with the achievements or the gamerscore...

    Having the same Issue with all the story related achievements on Saint's Row 4 Re-Elected (Xbox One Edition). You can unlock any not story related achievements without problems.

    YouTube App Achievements Unobtainable

    Yes, I can confirm that all of the aforementioned achievements are still not unlocking. TrueAchievements still indicates that the last user to unlock one of the mentioned achievements was on July 26th.

    While I am aware of the other issue present with the unlocking of Xbox One achievements, I do not think that issue and this one are related. I believe that this issue, in particular, is specific to the YouTube app itself and may require the official developers
    of the application to correct something on their end in order to solve the problem.

    Achievements app not working

    Same issue, started while playing Shadow of Mordor. After spending ~4 hours on the phone with Xbox support, we have confirmed that it IS an account issue, not related to the console hardware/software, or connectivity issues.

    All achievements for XB360 are visible still, but whenever I try to access the achievements app on Xbox One I get the error code "0x87c40011".

    Tech support said that they are aware of the issues and trying to resolve it, but has no timeline on how long it will take.

    Missing Achievements

    Since achievements are online related if Xbox Services are having issues then Unlocks may become delayed. More than likely you will get the unlock later once issues clear up. If you've met the requirements and there is not a known glitch causing the
    achievement to not be unlockable.
