Are there any in-game stats that tell you your progress? What does it say?

Try playing a game or two on Swampland and see if that is enough to trigger it to unlock, otherwise you may indeed have to re-complete the requirements.

Mind you after stating big numbers of $ and server numbers, YOU compared your of statement to the fact they have only 15k for 40 mill gamers... Seems my comprihension is fine, perhaps yours is not as I said nothing of exclusives due to the fact that 1- buying
a cosole for an exclusive, lets say titanfall, means you theoretically pay 560$ for titanfall. And 2- I personally dislike most exclusives for all consoles past and present.

Halo, killzone, gears, god of war are all equally garbage, all fps are the same, all rpg are the same, all hack n slash are the same... The only difference between halo, cod, killzone and gears are there respective "skins" and individual gimmicks.

Finally, psn getting hacked is something I would rather have a "fear" over than MS giving the informatipn they have obtained from their users over to gov/corp entities. Psn knows nothing about me other then my name and sole email for my psn account.

I misinterpreted your post. I thought you were saying, 'Good luck with BF and COD' to mean that because they used servers outside of Azure, they would suck.

Of course I would not buy a game that I don't have an interest in. I've never said gamers will buy games they don't like because Kinect. My point was that why would developers spend time on Kinect-only features when the majority of console owners won't have
one? Especially in today's world of rising game costs, it is very risky for a developer to make a game for a console that uses Kinect when already, that developer is excluding X% of the market that don't have the Kinect 1.0. However, if the Kinect is mandatory,
that obstacle is removed, and people who may have been interested in the game but wouldn't have ponied up for a Kinect if it hadn't been mandatory will now purchase the game, when before they wouldn't have.

Again, you present a flawed premise. Your assumption is that there is no barrier to devs to integrate for Kinect 1,0, as if there was no way their game could completely tank, considering they were making a game that requires a peripheral that lots of people
do not have.

To put it in math terms using made up numbers, if 40% of console X owners owned a Kinect 1.0, and developer A makes a game that captures 100% of the Kinect owner market, how much of the overall console X market did they capture? 40%.

Obviously, this example is an exaggeration, but as you can see, the barrier developers faced with X360 is that they are developing a game for a console's market where a large percentage of the player base are automatically unable to buy your game because
they don't have a Kinect. That has a habit of eating into your sales, and generally when things aren't profitable, not many companies are interested in doing them. Profit drives innovation.
