Xbox One achievement error. Code 0x87c40011

This has worked for me, by going into the change background I can then view and unlock new achievements.

However the one I unlocked whilst I had this issue now just says unlocking

And the ones I unlocked in my mobile are showing in the games achievements but not on the games score or my overall score....

 

I get this error when I try to view my achievements on this website or my Xbox One. Achievements are also not unlocking as they should in Halo: MCC. I haven't had any problems until today. None of the above "solutions" have worked. Very frustrating.

 

I am also getting this problem as of last night (15th november), and non of the suggested answers are working for me (including resetting my background to achievement art, as it still doesn't load the achievements).

I was playing Halo: MCC, the game restarted me back to the home screen. I checked if I had unlocked an achievement for completing a mission online. But got the error message (Code 0x87c40011) and since then I am no longer able to access my achievements.

I'm also getting the same "Something went wrong" error when trying to open the achievements app. I have tried all the suggestions and nothing has worked so far. I also think this is a more widespread issue since I was just playing shadow of mordor not even
MCC yet. It was working fine last night but I noticed it did not unlock one achievement so I let it be after reading around that this is a known issue and booted up this morning to check if it was now unlocked but no luck, its even worse now!!! The whole achievement
app is not coming up. After seeing all these posts I think we are going to just have to wait for an update, they must be doing something on their end. I just don't know if I should stop playing till its fixed??!! I don't want to have a whole list of "done.unlocking..."

I am getting the same error code on the achievement app on the One. I can't view my achievements on Xbox.com and every achievement I earn on the 360 doesn't add to the overall gamerscore for the game.

 

Mine seems fixed now, the achievements I've done show as unlocking.

 

here big Xbox one player and been going through to get achievements on MCC and look at that same pro Lem you guys are having as well. Obviously its a widespread problem but I like how no one from either company has really said or done anything
to fix it. I mean until it happened to me I had no idea it could even happen and then I looked here. They should have a notice released letting people know this stuff could happen . either that or god forbid they release a via!e that actually works.

 

Was hoping this fix worked for me too but it didn't. Just ended COD:AW on veteran (1st time ever) and what do i get? An error not achievements. Btw... The other 2 profiles on my XBoxone have achievement backgrounds on and they don't have this issue.

 

I can unlock achievements, but they don't appear in the activity feed. Funny.

 

Not working for me! Halo is not working, achievements app is not working...frustrating for a 400€ Xbox!
