Xbox one Achievement bug

3 days ago my gamerscore went down by 4225 which i didn't understand. I worked it out and its the exact amount I have earned on xbox one. I can still see all my achievements although the ones for guacamelee are a bit messed up. I just don't know what to
do now though as I have spoken to support 3 times, they won't do anything they keep telling me to post on the forum for the enforcement team. I spent housr getting my titanfall achievements and the people I have spoken to on support have been horrendous to
me.

Just wondering if anybody else has this problem?

Achievements Not Showing Notification

Thanks man, yeah I think is just a bug with the game or something. Is the achievements powered by the game it's self or are they powered by the Xbox. I mean if one game has a bug where the achievements aren't showing up does all achievements with different
games do this or is it just the one.

Did you check the achievements app on the Xbox one to see if the achievements are there. There has been a bug where the achievement doesn't pop up when receiving it but is in your achievements.

 

The enforcement team will have nothing to do with your gamerscore,unless they are resetting it.

Re-downloading your profile normally fixes these issues on the 360,i would presume its the same on the one.

 

That's what i thought but support have told me three times that the enforcement team are the only team who can look at achievements

 

Its in the name,the enforcement team enforce,the support team should support.

It seems all they do these days is tell people to ask on the forums,whatever the problem is.

 

Were you playing your Xbox One offline at the time? When you tried to sign into Live did you recover your gamertag?? That would wipe out any achievements you've gotten since the last time you were signed into Live. (I did that about 8 years ago.)

 

So where did you notice missing? On the xbox.com website, Xbox 360 or the Xbox One?

This is probably unrelated so might not help, but I recently deleted my gamertag from the 360 and recovered it, only to find my GS was down by 10,000 (score I've earned on the Xbox One) and signing back on the Xbox One etc. didn't seem to fix it, though
it was displaying right on the Xbox One and Xbox website anyway.

Turns out all I needed to do was unlock an achievement on the 360 and everything synced back up again, so I'm curious as to where you first noticed the missing score, maybe you just need to earn another achievement on the 360 or Xbox One for it display correctly
again?
