Xbox One Account Transfer Ban

Hi i wish to speak to someone regarding my Xbox live account. I recently baught a new xbox one for my partner and i now have 2 xbox one's in my home. I am aware that i can share my xbox digital games with my partner on her xbox by logging into my account
on her xbox and making her xbox one my home xbox. But for some reason i have a 3 year ban on my account so i am unable to do this. I was hoping that a moderator would be able to lift the ban on my account as i do not wish to have to pay for the games i have
twice as i have spent several £100's on xbox live and xbox digital games. I would like to be able to share the games with my partner and not have to rebuy them all so she could play with me. I would very much appriciate this if anyone is able to help me please.

Live account banned permanently for no reason, HELP please!

My 10 year old son's account was banned Christmas Eve (was so much fun watching a kid open new games that he couldn't play)! This is the email I received Christmas Eve:
This email is to notify you that your Xbox LIVE account privileges have been permanently suspended due to modification of your gamertag or other profile data.

These modifications may include, but are not limited to:
•Altering the appearance of your gamertag or avatar
•Illegitimate gain of achievements or avatar awards
•Application of watermarks or other special identifiers that were not legitimately granted
•Unauthorized manipulation of in-game parameters

Your conduct was brought to the attention of the LIVE Enforcement Team through complaints filed by other Xbox LIVE users or in the course of our operation of the service. The LIVE Enforcement Team has reviewed the complaints and other evidence regarding your conduct and determined it violates the Xbox LIVE Terms of Use and/or Code of Conduct. Because your conduct is in violation, the LIVE Enforcement Team has issued a permanent suspension.

During your suspension, you will not be able to log into Xbox LIVE. Your Xbox LIVE privileges will not be reinstated.

Customer Support is not able to modify or provide any further details about your suspension.

My son does not know how to modify or alter any of these things, so the ban is not legitimate, but the account is suspended. I spent 4 hours on Christmas Day trying to get this straightened out, and was told it was a billing problem so I was transferred to billing which never answered. Today I called support again, and made the customer care person look into the account in depth and she said it had nothing to do with billing, that I was on auto pay with paypal and that it was received. She helped me set up a temporary account and transferred me to billing to change over my payment details from banned account. (Still on hold to India right now after almost an hour).
She was unable to tell me whether points that we have purchased or games, etc would be transferred.

I want to know how to get this straightened out because my son has logged many hours playing his games, gaining points, added purchased points, etc. to his account and now it is all gone. Like I said before, my son is not capable of doing the things the ban states, so I need help in resolving this, because either someone hacked his account, or he was unfairly targeted by gamers in rooms.

Will Microsoft Money Transfer to Xbox One?

Yea, a friend of mine transferred his Live account to his xbox one and all his money and points were transferred with him.

There are no 3 year bans. Your account is either suspended for a short period of time, communication banned for a short time, or banned entirely from the system. If you have received a total ban of your account, everything associated with that account is
lost.

Hi there,

I'm guessing that the OP means that e isn't able to make the console his Home console, since that can only be changed 3x per year. Which isn't a ban or suspension, but more a restriction.

If this is the situation you could try contacting Xbox Support to see if a reset of the counter is available. To contact Xbox Support use
support.xbox.com/contact-us

The other option would be to switch the consoles around so that your partner is playing on the current Home console and you on the new console.

Suspended for 9999 means banned. As for if you can transfer the one year to another account, no. Even if you hadn't been banned, as far as I know, you can't transfer Xbox live between accounts. If you want to find out why you were banned try posting in
the banned section of the support forum.

The console licenses for the banned account's purchases remain in place after the banning, but you can't transfer them to another console if the console gets repaired (or you just buy another one) because you can't sign in on the banned account to
do the transfer.

the supervisor was from the xbox help line not from the actual ban team.

Also do you know if I could transfer my accounts such as activision or ubisoft from my banned account to a new one?

If you're using an Xbox One and your banned account had the console set as its Home console, you can still access the games on a new account. Otherwise, games cannot be transferred between accounts and you forfeit everything on the account when you receive
a ban.
