    Forum Guidelines    ] 6/05/17 (day of ban) told it would be a 24 hour console ban on my NEW xbox Xbox One Account Surveillance and Console Actions :(

    Forum Guidelines    ] Today told it would be a 1 month console ban and she didn't know why its not just the 24 hour.

    THERE IS 0 EXPLANATION ON ENFORCEMENT ON THE SITE ON ANY OF MY ACCOUNTS.

    Please look into this as quick as possible. I was assured it was only a 24 hour ban. If it goes longer im going to just sell the darn console full and buy a playstation. Xbox just put a very bad taste in my mouth.

    Well both agents told me to contact you here and there is no information regarding my ban. Why do I keep being lied to now? Why cant xbox get it together? They also told me to send the codes here.

    You buy a new console. Console bans are permanent and are not given out lightly. They are reserved for the worst/repeated offenses to the code of conduct and are only issued after an investigation. As such they are not reversed for any reason.

    If you are talking about gamescore correction once that is decided you can't get it back.
    thank you for your reply. Is it possible to cancel or in any case lift this sanction, I would like to have the opportunity to redo some games thanks to the retrocompatibility currently.
