    Xbox one account seems to be hacked and everything is missing


    My son's gamer tag was changed to and its completely empty now and all his information is gone. I don't know if someone got my credit card info and the oline account is gone.

    Last week we started a support ticket for his xbox one that went to ***. All the serial number stuff was in there, so i don't know if someone got all the info.

    I called tech support and they said to do this which make no sense what so ever.

    If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated

    Seems to me that the answer to all these issues lies there. Maybe I'm missing something, but seems logical to me...

    Hi there!

    It seems to me like "ConicalStorm32" is an automatically generated Gamertag which is made when logging into a new Microsoft account on the Xbox.

    Go to the Xbox, and go to the sign-in tab at the top of the dashboard. Do you see your sons Gamertag listed there? If so, you should still be able to sign in as that Gamertag, and have all of your Gamerscore, games, and information.

    Please post back if this worked, or if you need more help.

    It is possible too that you may have logged in using a different email that automatically generated the gamertag "ConicalStorm32". Try signing in using other emails you may have used and see if that gets you to your correct account. Alternatively, you can
    contact Xbox Support and confirm your email address by giving them your correct gamertag as they can assist you with that. I'm sure once you sign in with the proper email linked to your gamertag you'd be able to retrieve everything back.

    Hope this bit of information helps you out!

    The link you provided is the same one that all the other resources online or over the phone lead back to. I can't seem to find the option of requesting an account takeover with the amount of experimentation I've attempted with the options provided on that page. Searching anything tangibly resembling "Microsoft/Xbox account takeover" in any search engine simply provides results about accounts being hacked. There doesn't seem to be any way to actually request it as with everything else that would describe my problem since I still can't talk to a real person and explain something not in their system, unless I've missed something.
