Xbox One Account problem

Purchase Xbox One is a bad idea ?

Here are the problems I get ...

I'm Belgian , I have changed the area ... I later learned that if I 'm not in the right area I risk the ban.

I buy an add-on for a game I end up with a blocked account for 1 year because I demand repayment of this one because it does not work with my account ...

I participated in preview programs. I said Great ! but ultimately I can not do anything ... because the TV guide does not work with the French and Belgian tv . SmartGlass does not work via the console in Belgium even with the console and located in usa phone.

So I chose to ask for help from the American and English media , he advised me to change the region of my account. One of them helps me to change my region and even an impossible error changed my account. Has a restriction of 1 year . She touch his superior

Microsoft Account Verification Problem

I've just bought an xbox one and created a new Microsoft account to use on xbox live as my son uses my old account. I logged into the xbox website with no problems and changed my gamertag to the one I want. So then I tried to setup my account on my xbox one and get to the stage where it sends a verification e-mail, no problem I thought, checked my e-mail account nothing, tried again nothing and again, left it a few hours nothing. This was Tuesday night and it will not send a verification e-mail. After a search I tried to verify my Microsoft account onm their website and it always comes up with a 'temporary problem, try gain later' screen.

So basically I can't use the new xbox one I've had sitting there for 2 days until this gets resolved, Anybody goy any answers as I can't face phoning Microsoft customer services.Cheers

 

Netflix and Amazon Prime, one account 2 xbox. Help

Hi all

I have two xbox one and want to be able to watch Netflix or amazon prim on one xbox and play games on the other at the same time, the problem is I can not run the apps without a xbox live account and I can not sign in as I am already signed in on the one I play games.

why can I not sign into the apps without a xbox live account as this is annoying and I just can not get this to work

Alot people in the past had accounts from other region. But that before the change from points to real cash. But I do not know about now. Go to the suppionsion forum for a better answer then from a XCA. Because we XCA do not have those answer alot of times.

You won't be banned just because you have different region than you are living. One thing you have to keep in mind Belgium is NOT a Xbox One launch country yet so the support on Apps (TV Guide...etc) are limited also TV guide is fully functional in the US
maybe in UK too. Once the Xbox One will be released (September 2014) in your country you will have no issues.

So once again You are using a service in a Country which has no Xbox One officially that means the functions, apps, services will not work or will work in limited mode. I hope this helped to understand why you had issues.

 

Donniehun i know but for the moment my account is France... And all function is not available... For belgium customer ... I try to call US support for change my account in US ...

 

G'day skullz! Regardless of where your account is situated, your app services will still be limited by your physical location. As others have said here, Belgium is not yet a supported Xbox One region. Because of that you'll see limited features & apps, and
no local marketplace.

We recommend you hold off on any major digital purchases until
Xbox One launches in Belgium this September. We also recommend you keep your account region set to match your physical location to avoid any potential regional issues or currency mismatches.
