Xbox one account potentially hacked removing xbox live gold and making it unpurchasable

I was playing Rainbow six: seige around 1am on November 22nd and made a stupid mistake lwading to me gettin a message telling me to leave from someone who wasnt in game, i then decided to take a break and watch some you tube and ive come back to my game
pass ultimate claiming that it ended on the 15th and not letting me repurchace gold and I've done everything I can think of with my limited knowledge. The error message said there was an error on Microsoft's end so i checked the severs and everything is running
as it should and im stumped on what i can do.

you need to utilize the new security features with a code. No purchase can go thru without your code.

I changed my password and power cycled my xbox twice to no avail, thank you for the help though

You could try to do a power cycle on the Xbox to do this just follow this:
https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console

As for the account being hacked I would change your password ASAP.

i have 2 names of xbox live hackers who hack accounts and hack gamer score i think they might have done this there are

Is it Game Pass or Game Pass Ultimate that's overdue? Ultimate includes Gold which is why you would get that message when trying to add more Gold.

If it doesn't give you an option to pay the balance there, you'll need to contact support and speak to billing. You'll have to request a call or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
If you don't see those options, change your category/topic until you do.
