I have buy a Game on a wrong XBOX Store (Region). Mistake, was wrong Settings on XBOX One.

Now i have 2 Adresses. One in Germany, thats the real Adress and one inAustria. This is wrong.

I have call the Support more than 2 hours but problem is stil the same. I miss my Gold Subscribtion that is still running to .01.July 2014

and rewards programm cant send my rewards points. I have use now a 3 month gold code, plz dont clear it if you work on my account.

Are you still having issues with your Xbox One not recognizing that you're an Xbox Live Gold member? Your account currently shows being a Gold member, so hopefully that reflects with your console now.

 

please give @XboxSupport1 a try for support over on twitter as they are looking into gold account issues at present

 

This i have done. They Said Call Customer Support. Nothing Happens .

they were unaware till i asked yesterday use xbox support 1 as the two guys there are ready to help

I have talk with XBOX Support on Twitter and the Phone Support,

Phone Support say to me its a Region Change and my Gold Membership comes back from inactive to active after MS transfer all my Data. Now 6 weeks later, nothing happens. I have still the same Problem.

My Gold Membership is still inactive, (In Moment i use a 3 Month Code-this works), but on Account Details i can see my Gold ends with last day of the 3 Month Code. Thats not Correct.

And a other Problem is XBOX Live Rewards cannot send me my Rewards Coins (Points, Money or else).

Please Microsoft fix my Account.

I want a fully working Account.
