    Xbox One Account help.(My Xbox home)


    Hi, I recently went over a friends house to play Xbox and I downloading my account onto his Xbox to play a few games I had that he didn't. I accidentally clicked on the Xbox home option too many times and now whenever I try to make my original Xbox my home
    Xbox it doesn't work. I don't want my friend's Xbox one to have all games I download for free. Is there any way to make my Xbox the home Xbox of my account and not my friends Xbox.

    Game Share!!!

    Someone please help! I am trying to gameshare with my friend, and it won't work! We have all of steps right, he has my account set as his home Xbox, but it won't let me make his account my home Xbox. He insisted that he has not have any strikes so it should work. Help?

    Thanks I appreciate the help. I just rememebered the password for my old account from 360, but I wasn't paying another $50 for 2 gold accounts.

    Hi there,

    On the Xbox One, when account makes a console it's home console, that shares the purchasing account's license with all users on the console without the purchasing account needing to be logged in.

    Once the account changes it's home console, the previous home console no longer has the license to share the content unless the purchasing account is logged into the console that now has to be connected to the internet.

    Privacy Settings - Child/Custom Account Always Requires Adult Account to be Logged on

    Following a call the Xbox live support team the problem is solved.

    Setting Account 1 to be the 'Xbox home account ' solved the issue.

    Select, Settings, My Xbox One, Set as home Xbox.

    The reason the account were configured in this way is Accounts 2 (my sons account) was the first I set up on Xmas morning and therefore defaulted to be the xbox home account (note to Microsoft Analysts)

    Many thank to the help from the Xbox One Support team, superb customer service.
