Xbox One Account Glitch. Can't Sign In!

My Microsoft account () used to be under my brother's email and password (mod removed 1). However, when he moved out I switched the account to my email (mod removed 2) and my password. The account works perfectly on my windows 10 computer
and online through everything but my xbox one has a hard time dealing with it. It continues to insist that the account is under (mod removed 1) and it requires a sign in. I've tried the old password and the one I changed it to and neither worked to sign into
the (mod removed 1) account on our xbox (even though it's the same account that i'm using to write this on the pc right now). I tried adding a new user on the xbox using my latest email and password and it added my account with (mod removed 2) onto the xbox (identical
to the old one under (mod removed 1) but it had 0 trophies, I couldn't adjust the settings, and even when I was signed in it said I wasn't even though I could view friends online. I tried doing a hard reboot of my xbox and it just deleted the account I recently
added (mod removed 2). I still can't sign in. Please help!

Account not signing in

one of my XBOX one accounts can't sign in I know the password but when I try to log in it glitches where it does nothing and go's back to the home screen please fix it

 

Netflix and Amazon Prime, one account 2 xbox. Help

Hi all

I have two xbox one and want to be able to watch Netflix or amazon prim on one xbox and play games on the other at the same time, the problem is I can not run the apps without a xbox live account and I can not sign in as I am already signed in on the one I play games.

why can I not sign into the apps without a xbox live account as this is annoying and I just can not get this to work

when signing in on xbox.com does it show all the correct details?

If so, you may want to remove the profile from the Xbox One console, perform a manual power cycle like mentioned here:

support.xbox.com/.../power-cycle-console

Be sure to wait until the light on the power supply is and remains orange for at least 30 seconds

After that power the console on again and download your profile, to see if anything was solved.

i have had account hacked today playing f1 2015 by s,one in iceland then i get suspended ? how can this go microsoft,very disappointed after spending £500 !!!
