Xbox one Account & console enforcement actions

Hi, my Account got a two week suspension from playing online. After the suspension was over i am still not able to play online. The enforcement history Shows me that my suspension ended at the 29th November and so
I also can't Apply for a case review because the case is closed. My other Account can play online. Am I permanently banned ?

That is not possible I'm afraid. A gamescore correction is permanent.

If the suspension is over and you are not able to play on your console I would suggest restarting the console by pressing and holding the power button on the front of the console for 5-10 seconds, If this does not resolve issue I would next try removing
the affected profile from the console then restart the console again and reload the profile to see if this helps.

If neither of these help I would just check on the
Xbox Enforcement web site to make sure all enforcement actions have ended and you are not subject to any additional enforcement actions.

 

I tried that it didnt worked. My enforcement history Shows that every case is closed.

 

It's possible your suspension was extended.If it's a 100 day suspension then it wont show on the enforcement site & can not be appealed.

100 day suspensions are issued due to multiple violations of the ToU/CoC.

You can contact support
here & they should be able to tell you whether you have a extension or not but wont be able to do anything about it.

Another thing to remember is that if your suspension was extended then using another account to avoid a suspension is against the code of conduct & can lead to a console privilege suspension.

 

I get my e Mails from xbox live in german and also the Mail for my 2 week ban was in german. Then 2 days later I got 2 Single e mails from xbox live in english which said I have a ban Time of 7 days online playing 30 days communication. I was very confused,
could that be the Extension ? There was nothing about a Extension said in the Mail
