Xbox one account blocked

Dear Microsoft employees/ambassadors,

What i've been experiencing the past few months is really a pain for me because i can't get into any multiplayer games anymore with my main account, so where all my multiplayer-gameprogress is on. ( Gamertag: Djenve )

This is where everything started: When Overwatch came out i used to play it alot on my own but i got bored because most of the people were playing on their own and since Overwatch is a game where you need to work together as a team i started to look for
groups on a website called LFG Overwatch, i found a group and i've played a few days with them and since i am a competitive player i was serious to them and i got tired when they wouldn't stop playing around with me so i left and then they all started reporting
me together and even their friends to, then my reputation went from ' Perfect / Good player ' to ' Avoid me ', and now i am stuck with the avoid me reputation for the last five months + and i tried most of the things to get my reputation up, ( Think about
playing online with people with the same reputation and become friends so they will add you back as a favorite ) but this doesn't help, played over 100+ hours and it still doesn't affect my reputation since it still stands as ' Avoid me '. So i tried to speak
to the xbox customer serivce a few times but they kept giving me the same answers over and over again and that answer was ' We cant help you and you have to play online alot to change your reputation '.

What do i have to really do to get my reputation up? I tried everything and invested so many hours in becoming friends with people and play online but it just doesn't work at all.... I looked my problem up on google and i saw that 10+ people were having
the same problem as me, I am a kindfull player and i like to play multiplayer with my friends and to meet new people and ofcourse sometimes i don't have my day aswell but then i mostly don't talk to people at all.

Account is not blocked on my xbox one only when try and buy something on xbox.com

A bad rep is caused by the rating of your online behavior by other gamers. The support was right to give you that suggestion, you can get out of a bad rep by playing as many coop games with a large pool of gamers (like Neverwinter) Keep in mind that it took
time for you to get a bad rep so it will take time to get out of it.

time for you to get a bad rep so it will take time to get out of it.

Dear M3tal Daz3, I never did anything wrong and i didn't even knew there was existing a ' bad pool ' players until i experienced it myself, It's not always the gamers fault itself like most people say, i got reported as a cheater 10 times in the time i've
played overwatch and since there are no cheats for overwatch i don't really get it... I've played with 1000+ players the last few weeks on my avoid me account and it doesn't change anything at all.

If you have time i really want you to read this. Something needs to be done about the Reputation system immediately : xboxone

This is one of the many people ( including myself ) to be seen as a bad player because of a reputation while we didn't harm anyone..
