    Xbox is PC now bro! Everybody better get on board or they're going to check your privileges. Come on now bro! How dare we say anything after paying for services, games, consoles, accessories, etc. Party chat isn't for communicating. Its a trap setup
    by Enforcement to be punitive towards those who spend money on faulty products.

    Apparently the only way to resolve this matter is to go on twitter or some other social media site and report the problem. I might actually have to make an account just to get this fixed. Xbox can't handle looking bad in public but going to the source,
    i.e. the forums, is pointless. Makes a whole lotta sense to me.

    So I was recently banned on a different account. i have 2 accounts on my xbox 360 console my other account and this account. is it possible if i get an xbox one and login through this account and not get banned or will i get banned on the xbox one if i login

    No, the ban is imposed on the Microsoft account and will not be lifted when the Xbox One is released as the entire Microsoft account is permanently banned.

    A lot of that information has never been publicly noted so no one will be able to answer you 100%.

    - How many accounts can set a console as Home - There is a Reddit post out there with someone who was able to set the Home for up to 33 accounts on 1 console, but others claim it's less than that.



    - How many accounts can one user have - Again, no documentation so there's no way to know.

    -Regarding bans - One account being banned would not ban the other accounts unless you did the same thing on the other accounts to warrant a ban. If multiple bans take place on one console, it can ban the entire console, but not necessarily all of the accounts as well. The bans should only affect being able to game on the Xbox service, but not the ability to use other Microsoft services. So as far as if your account is used for school and gaming (I assume you mean your Microsoft account), a ban on Xbox shouldn't affect the Microsoft account from being used for school.
