Xbox one account banned

I saw the new process of addressing a ban is to go through the apply for a review process but I do not see that button when I go to the page. I cant hear my friends but I can hear them. My mic lights up when I talk and I have updated everything. My
nat is open as well and this has been going on for over a month. I have tried the hard reboot and that didn't work either.

Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

 

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

 

Hey, sorry for the frustrations. Did you previously receive a communications ban? This is currently a known issue effecting some users following a communications ban. The proper teams are working to get it fixed. In the meantime here is a

Yes I did on 10/22/15, and it never told me how long the ban would be for and it was via email. When I went on xbox 360 everything worked fine and it still does but since that email came on the xbox one I can no longer talk to people. They cant hear me
but I can hear them. I have done the hard reboot and updated everything, at is fine.

 

Ya I have see that thread already. I have doe those steps ad still I ca ot communicate with friends because they cannot hear me. My light lights up but apparently they are not getting it o their end. I have tried at my house, college, and at home.

 

Unfortunately it is a glitch that support is aware of an are trying to fix. There is no new news on it currently.

Yet another post with someone dealing with the same problem. Why continue to tell people to try an ineffective fix? At this point we all know that hard resetting does nothing, but you keep posting the same resolution knowing that it will do nothing.

O alright I did not know that thank you, and to that giraffe guy sorry but I have had to phone call and Skype audio for the past month and this little "glitch" is a little too much pain in my.... I will post this because I have been with Microsoft for 5+
years and with my membership I expect to at least talk to others. I understand that I was sending rather mean msgs at times but I was also provoked everytime and then reported when they started the argument. Because of a glitch my first time offense has
resulted in a month ban which is ridiculous.

 

Mole 16, trust me, I know what you're going through because I'm going through the same thing. Its been about a month for me and I haven't gotten the slightest bit of help from anyone at Xbox.

I know what you mean about the suspension too. When someone is rude to me and uses foul language its only natural that I am going to respond the same way. Enforcement doesn't read through all the text just the one comment that was reported. If you still
have that persons message in your system you should report them. Xbox is trying to become "PC" all the sudden instead of worrying about the state of their console and services. Its a complete joke.

 

Agreed this whole process has become unacceptable

 

it's been 1 month and still no fix, help or talk of compensation all because a 1 weak i mean week communication ban now im being punished worst then the times i came home late from partying with my friends from my wife thank you microsoft i enjoy the pain

 

Ya this is rediculous, this is what I get for full support of xbox for all these years in buying games accessories for my xbox and live for all these years... No support back to the customers
