Xbox one accessories app does not recognize elite controller

Discus and support Xbox one accessories app does not recognize elite controller in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I try to connect the xbox one elite, but when i start the app an plug the Controller into my pc nothing happens. it does not recognize my Controller....     Xbox one accessories app does not recognize elite controller


    I try to connect the xbox one elite, but when i start the app an plug the Controller into my pc nothing happens. it does not recognize my Controller. Does anyone have a solution?

    Xbox Accessories check battery level

    Using windows 10, I want to check my battery level on my MICROSOFT XBOX ONE CONTROLLER.

    The APP says use "Xbox Accessories" APP.

    I open Xbox Accessories APP.

    Xbox Accessories says "PLUG IN CONTROLLER" so I do

    The APP will NOT tell me the battery level because it is PLUGGED IN.

    These APPS are the cheapest, POS I have ever seen. DO BETTER MICROSOFT!

    Elite series 2 not working on PC after update.

    Did you find a solution to this problem? I updated my Elite series 2 yesterday, and now I have the exact same problem. Elite series 2 is recognized as a regular xbox controller and does connect via bluetooth, but doesnt work. Connected via USB-c the XBOX accessories app doesnt even recognize it...

    Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but that didnt help.

    Does Microsoft plan to support it's own XBox Controller firmware on the Xbox Accessories app (PC)?

    There might be an update to the Xbox Accessories app on the PC. Check using the Microsoft Store app on Windows 10/11. The app on the PC should then be able to recognize the new firmware of the Elite Controller.

    The Xbox Accessories app recognizes it as a normal controller and does not allow you to customize it?

    Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with creating slots/profiles for the accessory device. What accessory are you working with? (Xbox One wireless controller, Xbox One Elite wireless controller, Adaptive Controller)
