Xbox one able to see the $1 gold. But shows $9 help asap

I saw this march 23 2017. First it was the 2 dollars. but wasn't able to see the 2 dollers. And keeps showing up $9.

I don't meen the monthly. I have reset the xbox, turn off, went on different xboxs and internet.

Gold trial problems / fortnite

On Sunday the 10th I used a free code for an Xbox gold trial in order to play Fortnite. Gold seemed to activate okay but the game wasn’t working. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game but now it’s saying I no longer have Gold. I should still have 9 days
left - although havn’t been able to play anything with this trial yet!

Please help ASAP

I just signed up for the 1 month free membership with Xbox Live Gold but we can't get it to acknowledge our membership even though it shows we have one...my son is devastated can anyone please help me with him being able to utilize this

Regarding Free Trial for Xbox Live subscription, it is currently not available since the system is updating the features to provide more optimize gaming and features of Live. Please also be informed that we can no longer get it from the website as there
are a lot of people taking advantage of it and will make issues so they can get a 1 Month replacement. And what we have is a free trial using Xbox Console. However in every console there will be 3 Free Trials per account (new). That means once you have logged
in the new account on the console, you should be prompted for the free trial but if you will not be able to see that option that means, those 3 trials have been used using the console.

I am hoping that you will understand.

Here are the Requirements:

New console ( no accounts availed the 3 time free trial )

New account ( Should be Created on the console )

Valid Payment instrument ( Credit card and PayPal ) to validate the profile

Yes, I did get that. If the offer shows on your console but you are unable to get it, it only means that the account you are using doesn't meet the requirements or it is for advertising.

i went on my xbox today and saw the $1 is showing up. So that agent didn't know what he was saying. If I saw the exclusive deal for me i'm able to take it.

I followed the instructions and do have the latest version.

My 'connectivity' was only on one game on 9/17 and on 9/18 there were two, BUT eventually I was able to play multiple times and got recorded.

I just want Microsoft Solitarire to show my #1 ranking. Is there a way to contact the techs and get them to update/fix?
