Xbox one a really bad machine

This is the second XBOX ONE and already having problems again the first one will not connect to the controller and keep turning off and signing off line. I was send another unit by Microsoft (xbox) I have my second unit for about 2 wks and already having
problems won't let me sign in keep saying there was an error, this is patheti is going at the same pace as the xbox 360 with all the problems. If problem continues will move on to my PS4 it seem to be a better machine

I really don't see how E3 can save them, the machine itself is the problem at this point.

not bad #130 for an old used machine when a new one is $250 or less

There was an error while processing your requests please try later. I had to reset to factory settings and start all over it seem to be working for now , but to be honest I have a ps4 wish I play once in a while because I prefer the xbox one but it seem
that there is always and issue with the Xbox

 

I have the same exact issue, the controller will disconnect and then i have to unplug the box from the wall and restart. yesterday it started not signing me in and then randomly disconnecting from xbox live...$450 down the tubes. let me know what solution
you find, if i reset to factory settings will my game saves be lost? thanks.

 

KAPZAH you need to find out if your Xbox still under warranty and call Xbox and explained the problem that you are having with your Xbox and they will give you options to exchange your Xbox . They send me another unit and it seem to be working. Hope this
