Xbox One A Button Question

Hello,

I was playing my Xbox One all day today without an error, and I opened Twitch to watch a stream. I went back to the dashboard and now both of my controllers are having an issue with the "A" button. It works in games, but on the dashboard, I have to continually
press it rapidly, in order for it to work. Is there a fix for this? Thanks ahead of time.

Just ordered one of these, just a couple of questions...

Is it always on? So it's ready to use when you pick it up? and does the xbox button in the middle turn the console on/off?

Sky Go Announced for PS4 not Xbox One?

One quick question.

On Saturdays they have SkySports march choice where you can watch extended highlights of any of the matches played via the red button. Is there any way of picking the match when your using SkyGo on the Xbox One?

Sorry to hear it. If you were playing the console all day it probably built up a bit of a cache which is causing the issue. Please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that solves the issue.

I just started my Xbox for the first time today, after not playing it since I posted this question to the forums, and it still does it today. I unplugged the cables from the back last night and it fixed it for a short time, about 10 minutes. It's messed
up again, any troubleshooters?

Great question!

The original Xbox controller featured analog buttons. The XBox 360 controller switched to digital buttons. I haven't seen the specs for the new XBox One controller, but it's probably safe to assume that the buttons will also be digital.

Hi Xgoan,

I did see the question about trying to access the Xbox 360 menu on an Xbox One. There is a way to access it.

1. Launch a 360 game on the xbox one that is backward compatible

2. Press the two small buttons on the controller (The menu button and the view button).

3. This will launch the Xbox 360 Emulator menu
