Xbox One 9 year tenure just went missing

No I'm not in the preview program.

No I do not have the new XOE dashboard.

No I did not renew my gold subscription.

No I did not buy an Xbox One recently.

I didn't download my profile on another console.

I didn't turn on my Xbox 360 recently.

I've been playing Gears UE, Forza 6 and Halo 5.

No I have no problems with my network connection.

Didn't restart my console yet I suspect the problem to be on server side because my friends can't see my tenure either.

Tenure Deletion

Today, 11-30-13, I have notice that my tenure and my original games I've played since the original Xbox LIVE has been removed ever since I recovered my gamertag "SouthernCoast7" to my Xbox One. I've talked to one of the agents named "Zoey" and she told me
to head to the forums to get 9 year tenure again. I'm very upset now because I was so close to obtaining my 10 year anniversary. It's sad that I've worked so hard for something to get deleted. I just would like my original games back and my 9 year tenure back.

My Tenure is also missing! I just moved over to Xbox One and had a 7 on my tenure..

 

I would first try deleting and recovering your xbox live profile. And I do not know, and I haven't looked into this so this is just a wild guess, that once you hit 10 years they bump you back down to 0 because they don't have a spot for the 1. I really
don't know, but I have heard recently about this happening to a lot of different people.

 

You said you didn't renew your gold membership, so what you will want to do is renew. It will reset once you go gold again.

Tenure does not count while you are in a Silver membership status. When you add a Gold membership to your account your Tenure will show on the account again. This usually takes a week or so.

The person who said I should renew my subscription must be smoking something since I don't need to renew it till April 2016. I have a gold membership. Also the full billing cycle thing what are you on about? I didn't renew my membership it should be there
at all times. I've seen my 9 appearing and disappearing for the last couple of days and now I've noticed that it's happening to other people as well. Also the Activity feed is messed up and so are the friends list. I suspect the XbL servers are the culprits
as they're getting ready for the new experience. Someone higher up must know what's going on just not you guys it seems.

 

I have the same problem but I'm in the preview program. I have 10 years with Xbox and I'm not due for renewal until July 2016. I check my two kids accounts that are linked on the same console and they are showing tenure accurately but not mine. I hope
they can resolve this soon.
