Xbox one $75 rebate program.

In July MS ran a promotion where if you purchased an XB1 before July31st you would be entitled to receive a $75 game credit. I'm just curious if anyone has recieved their code yet?

April VIP rewards?

There's a delay on April's rebates as the program fixes an issue.

 

none of my April MyVIP rebates have posted

There's currently an issue in the program that is causing the program not recognize the gold subscription for some members which could affect the amount they get back from the rebates. So there is a delay on April's rebate until they get that issue fixed.

 

It was between July 7 and July 31. Not just "before July 31".

 

I understand that, you'll have to excuse my brevity.

 

My rebate offer was for $50, not $75..

But I did buy an X1 and most certainly activated it as my home console before July 31st..

Still haven't received my rebate yet.....

I'm dreading the phone call to MS Customer Service

 

Hang in there guys. And stay positive. There are 50+ million unique users. A that lucky selection of uswrs such as yourself adds up to a lot. They will get to you in time.
