Xbox One $75 promo code for 7/7 purchase

I just purchased an Xbox One yesterday, but I have not yet opened it. What must I do to be required for the $75 promo? I'm going to wait to open it until this new promo is better understood.

The promo lasts until February. So you should get the code about 7-10 days after your purchase

I'd be surprised if anyone from Xbox actually responds to any of these topics. Most of you already seem to know you don't qualify but I'm gonna try and explain it for those who don't.

You must receive an ad for this promotion on your Xbox 360 dashboard it appears to be a targeted promo and not everyone is receiving it.

You must purchase an Xbox One between 7/7/14-7/31/14.

Between those same dates you must set it as your home console.

You will then be sent a $75 code via Xbox Live message sometime before 8/15/14.

This is a promotion to drive new sales of the Xbox One not to just hand out credit to the millions and millions of current Xbox One owners. From what I can tell the vast majority of people who have posted in this forum don't qualify. Even if you do qualify
it will be weeks before the code is sent to your Xbox account no one is this forum is going to give you anything anytime soon.

 

Simply hook up the console and register it under your gamertag. Then, at some point, a code will be sent to your gamertag to redeem on the console. Sorry but I don't know how long it will take for the code to be sent out.
