Xbox One 3D

Does anyone know if the Xbox One can play 3D BluRay or if not will it be introduced in the future?

3D content for Xbox One?

Will Xbox One eventually support 3DTVs, or 3d Bluray, or any 3D content at all? Its hardly "all in one" if it doesn't support 3D.

 

No 3D support for xbox? Wtf?

What the hell? Both the last two games were released in 3D why wouldn't they release this one in 3D? Is the xbox just abandoning 3D games? The ps3 actually gets a few more 3D games... I was hoping xbox one would have full 3D support but apparently not...
Looks like I'll be getting a ps4 soon.

 

It already can, it's had the update now.

It definitely can, I have watched 3d blurray films on my xbox one and it works perfectly. The feature was added several months ago.

 

Obviously you still need a 3d TV for it to work.......

If you haven't already, you need to turn the 3d on in the settings if I remember rightly.

 

It would be nice to see a few game with this feature. Even though 3D TVs didn't become mainstream, there are still many sets capable of 3D in people homes.

I'd really like to see some Native "Dual Play" titles that use passive 3D to give 2 people their own full screen view in multiplayer games.
