Xbox one 3D + Mits 3da-1 + DLP HLT-6187 no go? 3da-1 pink flashes on screen

Whats a 3da-1? Sounds familur but can't put my finger on it

Im on a Viewsonic Pjd6251 DLP 3d ready projector and Im having issues as well some of my 3d blu rays play first time no problems other times the projector trys to display them in a wierd resolution and i just get a jumbled mess of colors. If i get 1 3d dvd
working the others usually do but its always a pain..

First, welcome to the Xbox community. Seeing the problem you are having, I suggest you try the solutions and tips below, please.

Try testing your console on another TV or Monitor if possible

Change the HDMI port your console is connected to the tv and also the console itself

Try plugging the console directly into the power outlet, without using a line filter

Try testing the console on another power outlet

Try testing another HDMI cable if possible

Reset your TV or monitor settings

- If the tips above don't help, try the solutions below, please.

Solution 1:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

After removing the account follow the procedure below.

Step 1. Press and hold the Xbox button on the console for at least 10 seconds to open the Power center.

Step 2. Then unplug the power supply from your console and wait for 3 minutes.

Step 3. Plug the power supply back into the Xbox console.

Step 4. Press the Xbox button on the console to turn it on again.

Now add your account again.

Solution 2:

Press the Xbox button.

Open Settings.

Go to Network and select Network settings.

Select Advanced settings.

Select Alternate MAC Address.

Select Clear.

Select Restart.

Solution 3:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

On the Reset your console? screen, you'll see three options:

- Select the option to keep your games and apps so that they are not deleted, make sure you know your email and password as they will be removed from the console and you will need to add them again.

Thanks for the reply! I understand there is an issue with the Xbox one. I recommend trying a
power cycle
of the console and the following article: Troubleshooting a blank TV screen or monitor while
your Xbox One is on .

If the problem persists, try doing a soft factory reset of the console,
Reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles and stable internet connection.

sorry to hear. I think you should first check another HDMI 2.0 Cable and if this will not help I think you your Display Settings has to be changed. Select the settings that are best for your television by following these steps:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select System > Settings.
3. Select Display & sound, and then select Video output.
   
4. Choose the display and picture settings appropriate for your TV.

Notes

• TV resolution settings are selected automatically. Typically, you shouldn't have to adjust these settings.
