Xbox one 360 Region setting

Hey there!

Are you playing on Xbox 360 or the Xbox One console? If you're playing on Xbox 360, I would ensure that your language and region settings match to allow French. If you're on Xbox One with backward compatibility, I suggest ensuring that your Xbox One console's
language, spoken language, and region settings are set to allow French languages in games. You can find settings for this under either 'How to change your country/region on Xbox One' or
'How to change your country/region on Xbox 360' on our
Change Xbox Console Region support page.

if you cannot set hungary up as an xbox one region then you can't redeem it on the Xbox one

You must use the 360

Not all Xbox live regions are Xbox one regions yet

Actual region and language and console region must matchmatch

As someone already posted he cannot select hungary as a language it's means it's not a Xbox one region

Xbox one languages are region independent but not Xbox 360 games and yes gears 3 is one of the few that check for language regions

Thank you for reaching out to us here on the forums with this inquiry. You can change your Xbox 360 region settings from Xbox.com. Just sign into the Microsoft account in question at Xbox.com. Once signed in click on your gamertag in the top right corner
of the screen and select Xbox Settings. You'll see an icon labeled Xbox 360 region change. Hope this helps!!!
