Hi I am playing my Xbox one and I'm wanting to download a free games with gold 360 game which is borderlands but when I go to download it it says this: (Sorry your account is unable to make this type of purchase on xbox.com Please complete this transaction
from your Xbox) What?? That does not make any sense I'm not downloading it on xbox.com I'm downloading it on my Xbox one. Please can you tell me what I have to do because Im really unhappy and I can not find any info on the internet if it's to do with my credit
card can you tell me what to do because my credit card is linked to my account and my xbox

problem with the games with gold

I have a problem with the games with gold. I can download the Xbox One games on my Xbox One but whenever I try to download the free Xbox 360 games, it says buy for free and when i press it, it goes to a blue screen. Same with the Internet Explorer, it just
says go to the Xbox store and download it, which I obviously can't do.. I do not have a Xbox 360 in order to download the free Xbox 360 games with games with gold, so it can automatically pop up in my Install on the Xbox One. So my question is, "How do I download
the free Xbox 360 games without an Xbox 360?"

You should be able to just download 360 gwg & backwards compatible games from your xbox one now with the last update.

There are usually only problems with the XBOX 360 games. I then download them from my XBOX 360 console. XBOX One games are no problem

My problem is actually downloading on an Xbox 360 but the link is for Xbox One. Will the same procedure work for Xbox 360?

By the way, I was able to download a game with no problems less than a week ago on the 360. Do you think this problem I’m having is due to Max Payne 1&2 just recently being made available for download again?

I had this problem for several months and now I solved by going into my old Xbox 360, downloaded the profile there. After this, I was able to download profile when playing Xbox 360 games in my Xbox One.

I am also having problems when downloading Xbox 360 games with Gold for Xbox One. I have a valid payment on file. I click download and a message appears saying this game will appear on your Xbox 360. It does not appear on my Xbox One in my games waiting
to be installed. Can someone please help. I have also spoken to an agent on Xbox live chat and followed the instructions to the letter and still cannot download Xbox 360 games.
