    I'm trying to play TeS IV Oblivion on my xbox one when I start the game and the title screen pops up I press start and it wants me to sign in I choose my profile but it just stays signing in... and if I choose download profile it just stays at checking
    network status...forever! But have been playing just fine for over a week.

    Is there anyway to stay in an xbox 360 party whilst doing things other than playing backwards compatible games?

    Hello there SCARYxBLACKMAN, so long as the 360 emulator is running on your Xbox One you can be in parties, but. to my knowledge, I don't think you can be in an Xbox 360 party once the emulator is closed.

    Well obviously it was meant to say an Xbox 360 emulator for the Xbox One, but it's too late to edit it now.

    I found a solution if I'd only waited 10 minutes then decided to post here LMAO.

    If this happens to anyone else you'll have to follow this order

    Settings< System< Storage<

    Clear local xbox 360 storage< Yes

    Your xbox one should restart from a hard reseted state. Make sure your signed into your xbox one profile before loading up your xbox 360 game and the 360 emulator

    will download that profile automatically.

    Your profile should have no problem signing in and out just fine!

    this also solved another problem I was having as well with the GotY edition games where the dlc would be installed but not show up in the games downloaded menus or load ingame!!

    When you launch the game, you are in an Xbox 360 emulated, press both the button near the central Xbox on your Xbox One Pad to emulate the central button of the 360, now go to setting (of the 360) and manually delete the save.
