xbox one/360 custom controller

Hello everyone

lets begin with that i am not happy to post this and make a fun of my self but if this is pny chance i take it.

Let me start from beginning, in 2013 i had a motorcycle accident where i injured my brahial plexis, nerve damage that is, and since then i was unable to play with my both hands as my arm was useless ad my fingers wasnt moving very well, i had few operations
by now and my arm is getting better and my fingers too but still they are not perfect. Before my accident (not my fault) i was playing on my 360 and i loved it, you know new games, old games all of them, i was going to places like E3 and gamescom to see all
new stuff it was great, but after my accident i just sit at home and i cant play on my xbox 360(i didnt see a point of getting xbox one because i couldnt play on it any way) my life changed so much...

Last week ive tried to play on my 360 and i was so happy i could actually do something with my left hand, but my fingers constantly slips away from the trigger and the stick i have to move my fingers back on the stick and the trigger and its not very good
when you want to play your favourite game, you know keep pausing the game and support my fingers, ive tried to tie it with piece of string but it doesnt work very well...so ive called to microsoft/xbox and they said that if i post my problem here, someone
from xbox can help me so thats what im doing.

I know what i need to support my fingers while i play but i cant do it, it has to be done while the controller is getting made, my idea is to glue or fix some kind of rubber that expands to the trigger and stick so it would hold my fingers in place, of course
i would pay for any costs as long as it will be done professionally and it would work, and also i know im not only one with that kind of problem and im sure if xbox would bring something like that to sales, many people would buy it that have problems with
thier hands after accidents or any other reasons.

So please if anybody from xbox will see that or if you have any idea who can do it, help me out please, for you it might be stupid post and copy a link to website that does that kind of think, but for me it would be big change and big help to make me just
a little bit happier, i dont ask for donations or any other money reasons, all im asking for is to give me some information who i need to contact or if you are from microsoft and you willing to help me..then thank you for helping me out.
