Hey guys, i need help with something.. a couple of months ago i was on my xbox 360 when i got a message saying that i was selected for a special offer and that if i brought an xbox one NEW i was going to recieve game codes for Halo 5, gears of war and forza
6, and its already been a few days since i brought it and i havent recieved the codes please help

did the message say how you would be able to obtain these free games by any chance?

 

Its said that if i buy an xbox one NEW from any retailer and logged on using my xbox live account i was going to recieve halo 5, gears of war ultimate edition and forza 6 by email

When did you purchase and first sign into your Xbox One console? In order to qualify for this offer, you would have needed to purchase and activate (by signing into your Xbox Live profile) before June 12th, 2016.
