Xbox One (2013) won't stay on after hard reset.

I think your power supply may be faulty or improperly connected!

It may simply need a power reset. Often, power issues are due to the power supply resetting after a power surge.

To reset the internal power supply, follow these steps:

1. Unplug the power cord from the console.
   
2. Wait 10 seconds.
   
3. Plug the cord back into the console, and then press the Xbox button  on the front of the console.
   

If the issue persists, here are some points to check:

• Check that the wall outlet you’re using is working with other devices.
  
• Check that the power cable is firmly connected to the wall outlet and to your console.
  
• Ensure that you're using the power cable that came with your console, and that it's the correct cable for your region.
  

If your console still will not turn on, it needs to be serviced. To request service, sign in to Microsoft account | Devices with your Microsoft account and submit a service order.

The power supply is external. It's a 2013 model XB1.

Have you tried a hard reset to factory defaults in settings? You can also try and contact official support for this.

A factory reset won't change Home reset limits and support no longer reset them either.

The limits are not a new system and have been in place since the Xbox One was released in 2013. The only difference is they changed the limit from 3 to 5.

Does your Xbox one internet connection drop and not work again until you do a full hard reset? That's my situation and It started occuring at the Aug or Sept update. My xbox networking has been extremely flakey since.. It will not stay connected, it forgets
the connection/password and won't work until it's rebooted.

How i sorted my nat issue

Select on your router upnp

Turn router off

turn xbox off

turn router on

turn xbox on

than hard reset xbox one

reset router

nat has stayed open for me stayed open for the last 4 months
