Xbox one 1year gold code has run out

Hello dear Microsoft-Team,

I have a problem with my Xbox-Live Account and hope that you may be able to help me out on that issue.

On the 3rd of december this year i bought myself a new Xbox One with a one year subsription of Xbox-gold included. And everything was quite well in the beginning (the Xbox-Live account

creation and the applying of the Xbox-gold code. But yesterday (17.12.16) I got the problem, that my Xboxgold has run out and i cant play online at all. I dont know what reason there could be

that it would be suddenly gone since i didnt get any notifications/emails whatsoever. Now i wanted to ask you if you could help me and tell me what the problem might be.

Hello suppport u think it so injustice that all my frind have for ever free Gold they have a 14day Gold Card and has yet 1year free Gold on her xbox one s and i has a Gold Card 14day and has not for ever Gold pls fix this bug or give me Gold pls but ii think
it is not fair

I have the same problem. Entered the code for a 2 gold trial to enable cloud storage but console not accepting as a gold account. Xbox 360 account has already had a gold account which now has run out haven't renewed as have a one now and wanted to transfer
games to one through cloud.

But just to clarify it would be 1year of gold + 1month of gpu

It would still require a credit card not a prepaid code

And you would have minimum requirement like 1year

Are you sure it wasnt a ms store promotion which is running the promotion for preorders
