XBOX ONE 1TB - Really slow starting up nearly 2minutes!

Hi there - I have a 500mb XBONE and recently purchased a 1TB for my son. My 500 takes just under 40seconds from switching on, but my sons takes just under 2 minutes which seems pretty poor. Just wondering if anyone elses 1TB takes this long? ps start
up settings are both on the same instant on settings. Cheers in advance.

I found a bug on the youtube app where lets say i am watching a video, after 2minutes it freezes but the audio still plays in the background for a few seconds. This annoys me becuase i tcant watch a regular vid but what i can to temparally fix it by going
ahead ten seconds on the vid but after another 2minutes it freezez again. -_- .Next when watching a 2minute vid the video wil start to slow down and automatically freeze. i tried un pause and pause but its froozen. i need help but on everything else, xbox
one is awesome.

Xbox one store lag

What is going on with the store on xbox one? It's being really unresponsive and slow. I've resetted my router and system nearly 5 times already.. I just want my GWG.

Firstly the boot times you are listing for both consoles sound a little long if the consoles are set to instant on mode.

On the console that is slower to start can you press and hold the power button on the console for 5-10 seconds to force the console to fully shut down, once the console has shut down and the light on the power brick has gone orange unplug the power supply
for 2 minutes and then restart everything to see if this helps with the situation.

Just timed my Xbox one and from first pressing the power button on the controller to the dashboard appearing without logging in took 10 seconds.

When I check my settings the console is set to instant on and the only option not ticked on the right is "on start, go to TV"

My console takes around 30 seconds to maybe a minute when on energy saving. But on instant on it loads up for around 3 seconds

Right I did the console button reset on both machines my 500 is now down to 4seconds from the 40seconds but has made know difference to my sons 1TB when we 1st did it the dashboard would come on and then the machine turnt itself off a couple of times, tried
the hard reset a couple more times since and no difference from the just under 2 minutes. I also tried the power block from my XBONE and the time was exactly the same. im starting to think its got issues and id be better off taking it back to Argos as its
only a month old - Any other ideas out there? Thanks for your Help thus far -
