    Xbox One 1Tb losses power


    Xbox One 1Tb system completely loses power, the power adaptor is very hot to the touch and has no LED light on (typically it is amber when the xbox is off and white when the xbox is on). When I swap the power supply from the other xbox one the 1Tb xbox will
    function again. Tried to create a ticket online and it told me to contact support...apparently this means either post in the forum or "tweet" it on twitter.

    I have tried all the steps on the website and the Xbox One still doesn't recognize my Toshiba HD (1tb, usb 3.0). At a loss of what to try next...Can anyone help please?

    Both the Xbox One 500GB and 1TB consoles use the same power adapter and the same HDMI connection. The Xbox One S uses a different, internal power supply.
