    you meant cheapest option* dont try to spin it off...there have been 1 tb single platter hdd since X1 started being produced. I could care less though, I have 2.5 tb of storage and 2 tb's are hidden in my closet behind a shelf incase someone ever broke
    in and got my X1...haha they didnt get my games XBOX ONE-1TB HARD DRIVE ??? :p

    There aren't in the form factor used in the Xbox One (2.5").

    From what I here though even if you buy a separate external hard drive like I will have to cause I all ready bought the 500gb xbox one p.s. mad . The new new 1tb segate hybrid hard drive I beleive loads of faster with discs and has faster clearer graphics.
    So it wont make I a dang difference if you buy a external memory or not that all youll be getting is memory not faster better xbox one is going to be. So p.s. im mad xbox should have trade up program and sell the regular xbox one cheaper or refund me the difference.

    Xbox 360 & Xbox One's memory sold to the consumer is incorrectly advertised. But here's a method to FIX it so it isn't.

    Big problem, 640GB hard drives don't exist. The 2'5" laptop hard drives in the Xbox One are only made in 500 to 1TB+ capacities, there are no drives in-between 500 and 1TB.

    The xbox one x has a 1TB 7200 rpm hard drive and it is not user replaceable.
