    Hello gamers,

I bought a Xbox One 1TB in Canada.

And the power brick is only for 100-127 V.

Do you know, if it is possible to use it in Europe with 220V?

    Thank you for the help,

    :)

They key is to make sure that is has a transformer (that one you linked does as it converts the voltage), and that it will allow for the NA standard plug into it. As well as the plug going out will match up to whatever the European style socket you will
be using. They work for any device not just Xbox's. That one however does not seem to be able to accommodate a European socket so far as I can tell. I think it is an external PSU to replace a dead one in a console that will not power on. In any event I do
not believe that will do what you need it to. Search Amazon for a "travel adapter" there are many different types and brands. You want to ensure it will down volt 220V to 100V and accommodate the NA socket and have a male plug end that will accommodate the
socket type you will be using. (Same link as before, but I made it a proper hyperlink. This one should work for you. However there's plenty of other options that do less and cost less, that could also fit your needs)

You should be able to use a power adapter (typically called travel adapters). You plug the NA standard plug into the adapter/transformer and that plugs into the socket type found in your region. It will convert the 220v down to 100v. Just make sure to
get the one that fits your needs. I am not sure if you will have any issue with regional software blocks though, that could potentially still be an issue for you. I myself am not sure how that works, or if it is even tied to the hardware itself at all. But
so far as powering it goes, that is easy enough to do. Here's an example of a travel adapter https://www.amazon.ca/BESTEK-Universal-Converter-Charging-Worldwide/dp/B01E140XWA?ref_=fsclp_pl_dp_7

If the console is an Xbox One S or X, then you can use it anywhere in the world with the correct power cable. If however the console is an original Xbox One, then you would need a power converter due to that model needing another power brick (Not made
anymore) for the country you intend to use in France.
