Xbox one (1st gen) not loading anything even after hard reset

I have an xbox one (1st gen) and when I turned it on none of the games or apps will load when I click on them. I tried doing a hard reset and this did not solve the problem.

Currently when I turn it on:

The green screen takes 30+ minutes to load

Signing into my profile takes 20 mins

All of my games take a long time to load and I cannot play any of them

Sometimes the screen turns grey after clicking on a game/app/or even hitting the home button

I receive errors saying it took too long to load anything I select

Any ideas?

Yes, still doesn't appear to help. Also, it appears Microsoft has discontinued service repairs on this model of Xbox.

have you tried factory reseting the xbox to see if that fixes the issue?

ive had this happen a few times myself on my 1st gen xbox one back in the day unplugging the console while running and holding the power button down for 30 secs after unplugging it will drain the internal battery completely allowing a true hard reset to
the system and always fixed this issue when it happened to me hope this helps

Mine just fixed itself, after 2nd hard reset.

1st was button hard reset.

2nd was pull power cable hard reset.

Maybe the same thing here; after pressing start at the title screen it just loads forever. When i hard reset it works, though. Might reinstall but 1st will wait to see if someone finds out what the issue is.
