Xbox one 14 day trial is not working

I used my 14 day trial today and i tried to play halo 4. But when i click find game, i am not able to play any multiplayer game. Please help

Code for gold not working

I bought a brand new Xbox one slim and came with a 14 day trial for gold and it's not working Keeps saying there is an error and to try again later

Sorry to hear you're having issues. A trial code only gives some access to online features and is usually limited to the game that it came with. If the code did not come with Halo 4 then you would not be able to use it with that game.

Also a trial membership will not give you access to online multiplayer ranked matches. You would only be able to play unranked games.

I understand that a xbox game pass 14 days trial code or a xbox live gold 14 days trial code can't be used/sold as xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial code for sure.

Because a 'xbox games pass ultimate 14 days trial code' equals a 'xbox game pass 14 days trial code + xbox live gold 14 days trial code', so for new Microsoft/Xbox accounts, a 'xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial codes' could be used/sold as 'xbox game
pass 14 days trial code' or 'xbox gold live 14 days trial code' , right?

Please help to clarify.

The code that comes packed in the Xbox One (Day One Edition or standard edition) is indeed a 14-day trial. The can be using on an Silver account. If you already have a Gold account then the trial card will not work. If you are already using another 14-day
trial card, using this one before the end of the first trial card will not "stack" the cards and you will only have 14 days from the time you redeem it. Hope this answers your questions. If not let us know and we will be more than glad to answer.

The 14 day trial you were given is a limited one and not a full gold trial. The 14 day trials usually came with certain games and normally only work with those games. They do not give you 100% access to Live though.

If your trying to redeem the 14 day trial that came with your Xbox One for some reason it wont work on the console or xbox.com, I just called up 1800 4MY XBOX and they gave me 1 month redeemable code due to issue with the 14 day trial code

that is why unable to get the backward compatible games. They will not work with the 14 day trial unfortunately. In this link

describing Xbox live gold there is a section explains the trials.

With an Xbox Live Gold 2- to 14-day trial, you can get Xbox One Games with Gold, and discounted Gold deals.

If it was a one month trial you could get the backward compatible games.
