XBOX ONE 1 Year Celebration email

I never got my email with my celebration goodies in it. Had several friends receive it. Had a Day One console and received the Limbo X1 email. Kind of bummed me out I didn't get it. I even checked my account to be sure I had set to receive emails, and it
did not show in my spam folder.

Xbox One Early Adopter / Year One Celebration gift box email

Hi there,

Sadly I have not received either of the personalised achievements celebration email, nor the year one celebration gift box email. I have checked my email contact details and preferences, and believe I meet all the requirements to have received at least
one of these.

Can anyone suggest why, or what I could do to resolve this. I've received a message over Live saying "Thanks for being an Xbox One early adopter. To celebrate Year One, we're.." but no other email with the year one gamerpic, desktop background, etc..

You no whats really annoying is that i had my console from release, my step father got his in May and he got aload of freebies, can't remember what he did tell me, and i get limbo..

You're not alone, Chief. I had my console day one. Since that time, I've spent thousands of dollars on games, live and accessories. But since I didn't get marketing emails to inform me of things I likely already had bought and paid for, I didn't qualify
for any rewards. I'll be the first person to call out entitled brats who feel like they are owed something. But I felt pretty frickin entitled. I felt entitled to at least be in the running

 

I don't know why I was bummed, I just was. But I loved Limbo on the XB360 and will definitely play through on this one. Oh well it is probably better I don't see how much time I spent on line lol.

 

You aren't missing out on much the Limbo game is the best perk! Unless you like Dragonball Z movie rentals and a Halo movie??
