    Xbox one 1% packet lost issue


    Hello Hello

    About a week ago i bought a xbox one of the microsoft store with the assasin creed bundle.

    What Country/State/Province do you live in? Australia

    Modem brand & model number:


    Net Gear CG3000v2 Firmware Version V2.07.0

    (serial 370243W000098)

    Router brand & model number: (as above)

    How many 360 and One consoles are connected to this router?:

    1 cable to xbox one.


    Wired or wireless (for each console): Wired



    Things you have tried: Resetting the modem several times, Restoring to factory default, clearing the mac address on the xbox one restoring that to factory default, Port forwarded turned off fire wall everything pretty much



    Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown (yes its on)



    Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type? Nat open

    Any Error Codes you encounter: packet lost 1%



    Who is your ISP?(Internet Service Provider): Optus cable

    (I am having a issue with packet loss now when i unplug the cable and use it on my pc i have no packet loss and im able to play online games like (cs go competitive etc without any troubles at all )

    The modem i have is not even 6 months old the cable is fine since i tested it on the pc

    (speed test)

    i believe this to interfering with my online play and connection issues with some online games it would be fine one moment then go all weird the next then come back again i get more lag then i ever did on the xbox 360 at times then it goes back i would
    hate to think there something wrong with my xbox as i just got it a week ago Xbox one 1% packet lost issue :( ive done everything there is to do

    As i only get packet loss on the xbox makes me think there something wrong with it Xbox one 1% packet lost issue :(

    Problem with lag after 5-10 minutes

    I have lag issues after 5-10 minutes I start playing.

    when i turn on Xbox One I have:

    download speed 5.21 mbps

    upload speed 0.49 mbps

    packets lost with download 0%

    packets lost with upload 0%

    MTU 1480

    latency 186 ms.

    After 10 minutes i have:

    download speed 4.94 mbps

    upload speed 0.20 mbps

    packets lost with download 48%

    packets lost with upload 48%

    MTU 1480

    latency 1141 ms.

    I don't use any program or computer when I play, they are all off.

    If I restart Xbox One I haven't lag for 10 minutes, then the lag returns.

    Can you help me? thanks.

    yes i'm experiencing the same issue, 100% packet lost. ive just received xboxone for xmas.

    I am from australia and i do have the best internet here but since im so far away and ping is ulsy 200 to 230 its probably normal to get 1% packet lost i do not know c:
