Xbox one 0x801901f4 error

When I try to log in I get this error 0x810901f4 nothing changed except recently my gold live ran out but I should still be able to log in right?

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue.

If I were you, I would start troubleshooting by removing your profile and then redownloading it back to your console from Xbox Live directly as outlined in How to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One.

When you get a chance give those steps a try and let us know how that went.

We went onto Microsoft support and chatted with the help desk where they had us delete the account on the xbox and recreate the account. This fixed the issue we were having.
