Xbox Once Console was banned (received no enforcement email)

I am thoroughly disappointed about my experience with Xbox and Microsoft in general. Last evening I had some free time to play my Xbox (for the first time in a month). I attempted to sign into my Xbox Live account to play the new Shadow of War update, when
a notification pops up that my Xbox one console has been banned from using Xbox live. The message directs me to enforcement.xbox.com, so I navigate to the website on my computer only to discover that my particular problem cannot be solved at all. I am unable
to submit an appeal, there is no way for me to contact the enforcement team responsible for the ban, and I never received an email informing me of my console ban. To the contrary, my Xbox Live account is in perfect standing, and I've never opened or modded
my Xbox console (the seal is still intact). After waiting 30 minutes to chat with a customer service representative, I'm told that they do not have access to information regarding console bans, and I am referred back to enforcement.xbox.com. I ask to speak
to a supervisor, and he tells me the exact same thing. At this current moment, I am unable to use my Xbox at all. I am unable to access any digital games I purchased on my account. I also can't play Shadow of War (I own the disc) because you need an internet
connection. I can only play games offline currently while my console is banned. Also, Microsoft has been extremely unhelpful throughout this entire ordeal. I am not exaggerating when I say that I've never felt treated so poorly by a company.

Communication banned for 2 months...

I feel you man, I have a 2 month comm ban on my Xbox one despite the email only saying only one account would be banned, I never received another email about the console ban and Enforcement has no record of it either. Trigger happy much?
