    Xbox Once completely crashed


    My Xbox One crashed, and even unplugging it and restarting it did nothing (it just went back to the same screen it was on when it crashed), so I bit the bullet and tried the factory reset using a USB drive, but the attached screen is the result. What do
    I do next? I've no idea how to even try fixing this.

    Taptiles has not worked on my Envy HP system with windows 8.1 since May

    This has worked for some, but for many of us it has no effect. Once it has been done and the reinstalled Taptiles crashes there are no replacement data folders or if there are, they are completely empty.

    if the power cycle does not work. you might need to completely wipe the console. had the same issue and once I wiped my console and put everything back on it i work better and wasn't lagging and games were not crashing.
