    Xbox on windows


    Whilst on the Xbox game bar on windows 10, it won't let me sign in. It says "There is a problem with your Microsoft account. To fix this, sign in to account.live.com from a browser."

    I've gone through every link, notification, nook, and cranny. There is nothing to suggest why there is an issue with my account. I have tried support, but there is no direct way to contact a living person. Just some virtual "help" which is laughable. No way to remedy this, just clicking, clicking, and more clicking on useless links and community posts that offer no resolution.

    What am I supposed to do?

    Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately, you will need to click the install to download any digital content for PC.

    If you have a Windows 10 device, you can now use the Xbox app to connect to the Xbox Live service.
