    Ok so for some reason when I try and play Touhou luna lights it starts to sync and just stays at Zero but I also tried it with deep rock galactic and It fully synced, any Idea on how I could make it fully sync? Whenever I cancel the sync the game just
    sits on a loading screen

    If you have a Windows 10 device, you can now use the Xbox app to connect to the Xbox Live service.

    Other ways of using xbox on your windows 10 device is buy playing xbox anywhere games or xbox enabled games from the windows 10 store
