[XBox on Win10] Awards for games do not count (problem with XBox-Live-Connection)

I have a 2nd problem, which seems to be XBox-Account-related.

In december i started playing Forza Horizon 3 on Win10 via XBox-App. The game itself runs without problem. The awards/achievements, which i can get in the game do not get displayed/mirrored in the XBox-app. Because of that i can not play the Forzathon-events
(for example).

I read it's probably a problem with the connection between XBox-Live and XBox-App. The xbox-live-status shows no problem here in my account.

awards and achievements

Microsoft Solitaire Collection is a section of awards and achievements. Wanted to award the "win 100 victories", the reward is filled with a green stripe and the counter 19/100. 61/100 on the counter is broken, I have done 103 task is displayed in the statistics
and awards for a week 61/100. Reinstalling the application did not help.What to do?Xbox also has 61.

error 0x8015DC0B xBox Live

Already as 2 weeks the xBox Live service on win10 does not work, shows error 0x8015DC0B, how to deal with it, or it's your problem. I live in Ukraine in Kharkov.

It would be nice if i would get at least an information from the support that they are investigating or that they need more informations.

Since this is not a Rewards program issue, you may want to try posting the game's forum for advice.

This is clearly an issue with xbox-live since xbox-live is responsible for displaying any gameawards in the xbox-app. When i ask about this in the forzamotorsport-forums i get the answer "ask the xbox-support". What should i believe?

I also did a little bit research on my own before i came here to ask for help. Everywhere you find somebody with the same issue it says it's xbox-live-related not gamerelated. The first thing that is recommended is reseting the xbox-app. This was a thing
i already did numerous times, but it didn't help.

The forum you have posted in is specifically for Xbox Rewards Program announcements. No one from suppprt checks this part of the forums. You would want to try posting in one of the game specific forums or general forums.

Hey Crystal, thanks for the reply!

Its actually a problem with the Xbox Live synchronisation I believe, because I also have problem with the Xbox-App itself and unfortunatly the MInecraft Win10 Version demands a connection to my Xbox-Account for playing online.
