Xbox On voice command not working but everything else is

So, every time I try to turn on my Xbox with the voice command, nothing happens. I'll say it and wait a minute or two, and I'll say it a few more times but nothing. Then, after having said the command and having no effect, I turn it on manually where it
then beeps twice, once to turn it on and once to turn it off. Because of these two beeps, I believe that it's registering the command but not executing it until I physically turn it on. All other voice commands and features work except the turn on command.
It also seems to have started only when my console downloaded the new update. Anyone else experiencing something similar or have any solutions?

Xbox on Command not working, I'm in the USA

The Xbox on command is not working, once the Xbox is turned off I cannot turn it back on with the voice command. Everything else working fine. Just to test if I say Xbox on while the unit is on Kinect thinks I'm saying "Xbox pause" This is literally the
only thing not functioning correctly right now with my Xbox one.

 

Voice Commands.

So, my voice commands no longer work. They used to. Kinect voice commands works for everything else (other games, dashboard, etc). I thought maybe they were just disabled for MyCareer mode, but it's not working in Quick Games either.

I have them set to "on", and the language to "default".

Anyone experience the same? Thoughts?

It could just be a cache problem. Try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down. This should clear it and allow the function to work again.
