    Today I had to format my pc, downloaded forza horizon 4 and went to play, I saw that my account of the app ''
    XBOX '' had changed with the same email, my gamertag was ''
    FJomxcg     '' and now it is like '' Jomxcg '' , I lost all my things, I have all data from the gamertag and even the credit card number that signs xbox game pass, what can I do to recover my account ???

    it is not the xbox version on the pc via windows store, it is the pc version via the windows/xbox app on pc, same as epic etc.

    any games on pc are pc versions not xbox console versions.

    Xbox One games themselves cannot be played on the PC. You can however download PC games that are Xbox Live enabled. Some of these are Xbox Play Anywhere games, and as was stated, there is Xbox Game Pass for PC which lets you play over one hundred PC games.
    These are a mix of PC games & Xbox Live enabled PC games.
