    Xbox on PC Party Errors


    I recently just got a PC and have been having non-stop issues on it with my Xbox apps. On all of the apps I am not able to join or start a party with people. Every time I do it either shuts out of the app or gives me an error code of "0x00000000". I figured
    out it was an issue with Teredo, which for some reason isnt on my PC at all. I followed all of the guides on https://support.xbox.com/help/Hardware-Network/connect-network/troubleshoot-party-chat but
    I still am not able to install teredo. It doesnt even show up anywhere on my network adapters or hidden devices. It also doesnt show up in Network adapters Im able to install. When I go to my command prompt it says teredo is disabled. I've also tried installing
    the new Xbox Beta app on my PC but it wont install for some reason. I've exhausted myself at this point trying to figure it out so some help would be greatly appreciated.

    I have tried on console where I have no third party apps pc where I have malwarebytes for a third party antivirus and mobile where I have avast for a third party antivirus same error every time saying it is an error with the ssl certificate

    Edit: I have no vpn's firewalls or proxies for third party apps

    Xbox Console Companion - Your network settings are blocking party chat 0x89231807 [Possible 32bit issue]

    I have made some research and found that this issue is related to the 32 bit Χbox App. I have clean installed Windows 10 32 bit on 2 machines and the Xbox Console Companion will fail to connect to parties (especially partys containing PCs and mobile phones
    - I managed to connect to a party chat with 1 other friend playing on Xbox). Installing 64 bit Windows on both, same machines resolves the error and I can connect to parties normally. Returning to 32 bit brings the error back. I have submitted this feedback
    through the app on Windows. You should take a look at this.
